Westfield FFA Cup winger Jai Ingham, 22, from Hume City has signed with Hyundai A-League powerhouse Melbourne Victory till the end of the 2016/17 season.
Ingham, 22, has been training with Victory for the past month, with his inclusion to the playing list finalised on the opening day of the January transfer window.
He will immediately be eligible for selection in Victory's match day squad.
"Jai is an exciting prospect and we're confident he can make an impact at Melbourne Victory,” said head coach Kevin Muscat.
"He proved during the 2015 NPL season and in the FFA Cup that he was comfortable competing against high-quality opposition.
"He has shown some encouraging signs in training over the last few weeks and we believe he will complement the squad and play his role when he gets his opportunity."
Originally from New South Wales, Ingham joined Brisbane Roar's youth setup in 2013 and made his Hyundai A-League debut in January 2014, coming on as a substitute.
He represented Hume City in the PlayStation 4 NPL Victoria competition in 2015, making 28 appearances.
Ingham impressed in two matches against Victory recently, scoring for Hume City in a friendly between the two sides in September and producing a lively performance in the Westfield FFA Cup Semi Final clash in October.
"I'm excited about the opportunity to officially join such a proud and successful club like Melbourne Victory," Ingham said.
"I've been grateful for the opportunity to train with the squad recently, which has given me the chance to learn the team structures and get to know my new team-mates.
"I'll be working as hard as I can to get an opportunity to represent Victory in the A-League."
