Australia's Prime Minster has added his congratulations to newly crowned Hyundai A-League champions Sydney FC.
Malcolm Turnbull praised the Sky Blues when talking to media on Monday morning.
“Congratulations to Sydney FC – a great win, a great game.
“Well played by Melbourne, but good to see Sydney FC win,” he said.
Mr Turnbull also revealed he had spoken to Danny Vukovic about the victory.
“How great it was to see little Harley [Vukovic’s son] run onto the field,” said the Prime Minister.
