Fox Sports offers viewer's choice for AFC Champions League
Thursday, 17 April 2008
FOX SPORTS, FOXTEL and AUSTAR are giving football fans the opportunity to choose which Australian team to watch LIVE in next week’s AFC Champions League qualifying round, via the popular Viewer’s Choice application.
With both Adelaide United and Melbourne Victory playing in separate games at 8.00pm on April 23, Viewer’s Choice will allow fans the opportunity to watch their team play LIVE.
Viewer’s Choice is part of FOX SPORTS, FOXTEL and AUSTAR’s digital Sports Active applications and allows viewers to choose what game to watch when sporting events kick off at the same time.
Viewer’s Choice has been a hugely successful concept on FOX SPORTS for the NRL and the Barclays English Premier League and this will be the first time that it has been available on football involving Australian teams.
Robbie Slater and Simon Hill will call all the action when Adelaide United take on Binh Duong while Andy Harper and Brenton Speed will provide commentary on the Gamba Osaka v Melbourne Victory match from Japan.
